"The excitement and enthusiasm we witnessed in 2024 was proof of the incredible racing spirit burning amongst our young, driven Malaysians," said Christopher Hunter, CEO of Sime Darby Auto Performance. "It’s inspiring to see their passion for motorsport come alive on the virtual arena, and we are thrilled to bring back the Porsche Esports Sprint Challenge Malaysia for a second year running."

Hunter added that blending virtual and real-world racing aims to nurture local talent and inspire future racing stars, embodying Porsche's core motorsport heritage.

Participants who make it to the podium on the final race day stand a chance to win a unique experience—getting behind the wheel of an actual Porsche on track. Winners under 18 will be allowed to share this special experience with a parent or guardian.
