Kuala Lumpur: Perodua has officially introduced its very own inclusive customer loyalty programme, named as ‘UFirst: Perodua’s passport for brighter and better days’. This programme rewards Perodua buyers for all its products and services. Even, the non-Perodua buyers can even participate in official Perodua events and take benefit of the programme.

Other benefits included under the programme are - deals on Perodua sales and services, free breakdown and emergency services, discounts, tips on how to maintain your vehicle, invitations to fun activities, exclusive birthday vouchers and many more.

Giving a brief about the programme, President and CEO of Perodua, Datuk Aminar Rashid Salleh said, “This programme, which we named ‘UFirst: Perodua’s passport for brighter and better days’ aims to offer the best programme for our valued customers. The name UFirst represents our commitment in placing our customers’ needs first in our offerings and in building lasting relationships with them.”

This programme welcomes all members from the public, above 18 years old, regardless whether they are Perodua vehicle owners or not. Further simplifying the process, Perodua is also planning to launch a mobile application in September that would keep a check on customer collect points that they could redeem later on. These points can be later on used for goods, services and participation in contests.

“The first activity we are planning for UFirst is an Adventure Quest drive to an agro farm in Kluang, Johor from Oct 3 to 4. Participants will enjoy a package worth RM480 at minimum entry fee of RM108, and stand a chance to win cash prizes as well as many exciting gadgets. Members who register from Aug 1 to 31 will also enjoy an extra value of more than RM80 from our early bird package,” said Aminar.
