New Suzuki store opens in Penang; 5 more on the horizon

KUALA LUMPUR: After establishing its presence in Petaling Jaya and Johor Bahru, Naza Eastern Motors, the exclusive distributor of Suzuki Cars in Malaysia, now opened its third branch in the country. The new Suzuki store is located in Penang, enhancing the brand’s footprint in the Northern region to meet nationwide growing demand.

The event was graced by the presence of Tan Sri Ismee Ismail, Group Managing Director, Naza Corporation  Holdings, Dato’ Jasmy Ismail, Chairman of Naza Automotive Group, Yoshiyuki Hakamata from  Suzuki Motor Corporation Japan, Rizal Jailan, Chief Executive Officer, Naza Automotive Group and Irwan Shahril, Chief Operating Officer, Naza Eastern Motors Sdn. Bhd.  

Key highlights of the new Suzuki showroom -

• Located in Jalan Anson, Georgetown, the new showroom marks a significant milestone in Suzuki Car's growth in Malaysia.
• Spans over 7,000 sq ft, the showroom displays the brand’s complete lineup of vehicles, including 5-door Jimny, Jimny AllGrip, Jimny Special Edition models (Rhino, RF & Black), Swift Sport, and Swift Sport Silver Edition.
• The store has a spacious layout with interactive displays and comfortable spaces, offering a seamless and enjoyable car-buying journey.

• The facility also features a play area for kids.   
• It aligns with the company’s vision to offer best service to both existing and potential customers in Penang where compact, stylish, and reliable Suzuki cars are in high demand. 

Upon inaugurating the new outlet, Dato’ Jasmy Ismail, Chairman of Naza Automotive Group said, “We are extremely excited to bring the Suzuki Cars experience closer to our customers in Penang. Looking ahead

Naza Eastern Motors is committed to further expanding Suzuki Car’s presence with five new outlets scheduled to open across Malaysia this year. Along with adding new locations, the brand is also set to introduce new models to the Malaysian market that may include its first-ever EV, the e-VITARA.
