New Audi Assurance Package rolled out in Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR: PHS Automotive Malaysia (PHSAM), the official distributor of Audi cars in Malaysia, has once again demonstrated its strong commitment to improving the Audi ownership experience and ensuring the growth of the brand in the local market. It has come up with a new warranty package, called the Audi Assurance Package (AAP). The new scheme offers more value and flexibility to customers.

Audi’s new Assurance package is applicable on the purchase of new vehicles from 1st January 2023, for which buyers can opt in before or upon purchase. The package offers the option of choosing three years of free maintenance along with adding three years to the manufacturer's warranty. The latter will expand the standard two years manufacturer warranty to five years.

Depending on the model purchased, the price of the new Audi Assurance Package ranges between RM 8,000 to RM 24,000. 

“Audi owners expect an exceptional ownership experience, and it begins with the purchase. This program was designed to provide owners with more value and flexibility at the new retail prices, extending their peace of mind,” said Erik Winter, Managing Director PHSAM.

“Beyond this, our Audi Centres are also ready to support owners with improved aftersales offerings and the right package to suit their lifestyle demands, and to ensure their vehicles remain protected for the journeys they are making. This initiative adds to our series of customer care programmes to make Audi the choice of those seeking drive experiences that are a class above the rest,” he added.
