Mitsubishi launches two new 3S centres in Kedah

KUALA LUMPUR: While expanding its presence in the country, Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia, has recently inaugurated two new 3S (sales, service, and spare parts) outlets in association with its authorised dealer, JM Auto Gallery (Alor Star).

The first of the two new outlets is the upgraded and relocated showroom in Alor Star, Kedah, which now has a built-up area of 10,000 square feet, making it the biggest Mitsubishi Motors showroom in the Northern region. Expanding the same dealership’s footprint in the region is the new showroom in Langkawi, which spans an area of 2,300 square feet.

The newly launched centres incorporate Mitsubishi’s latest brand identity with the global brand message ‘Drive Your Ambition’. Both offer a warm and comprehensive environment to customers with a comfortable customer lounge equipped with WIFI and a kid’s corner. The fully-equipped service centre of the Alor Star centre houses eight service bays ready to serve every Mitsubishi car.

The dealership was also a key contributor to MMM’s sales, as the company saw a 37.3% increase in sales from January-December 2022 as compared to the same period in 2021. We are happy to see that the dealership is confident with MMM’s business growth and the commitment to upgrade its showroom facilities, and also for the opening of a new outlet in Langkawi to serve customers better,” said Shinya Ikeda, Chief Executive Officer of MMM.
