MITSUBISHI CONNECT MY mobile app new features
KUALA LUMPUR: If you own a Mitsubishi car, here is an important update for you. The official distributor of Mitsubishi cars in Malaysia introduced some new features on the MITSUBISHI CONNECT MY mobile application, by keeping in mind the safety and convenience of its customers during this pandemic.
With the Mitsubishi mobile app, you can already book a service appointment, receive service appointment reminders and check service histories. But now, the app also offers more convenient ways to fulfill all your car servicing needs. The new functions are:
- Service status notifications: The app now gives service status notifications to the customers. This means one can drop his/her car at the service center and continue to wait at the comfort of his/her home as the app will give a notification when the car will be ready for collection.
- Estimated service cost and warranty details: With the app, one can also keep track of the car’s service cost and warranty. It tells the customers about the estimated service cost in advance, so that they can plan accordingly.
- Road tax and insurance renewal reminders: The app also notifies the customers about the road tax and insurance renewal now.
- SOS Track and Trace: Another important function of the updated Mitsubishi mobile app is SOS Trace & Track. When the customer asks for roadside assistance, this feature tracks the customer’s location using a GPS locator and sends help immediately after verifying the details with the customer service personnel.
