Mazda CX-3 Launched officially in Malaysia, starting at RM130K

Kuala Lumpur: Eureka! , the most anticipated moment in the Malaysian crossover industry has finally arrived at the shore. Mazda CX-3 launch is now official in the country which came out with a huge uproar. The booming crossover market in Malaysia will see a new dawn with this widely celebrated car. Bookings for the car are already opened, starting CX-3 price is RM131,218 on the road without insurance and so far around 25%-30% of the total import has been booked.

According to our sources, CX3 is a direct CBU (completely build up) import from Japan and Mazda Malaysia has imported only 2,000 units of the Japanese compact crossover in the country at first. So, there is a very high demand and limited number of units, thus if you are planning to buy the all new Mazda crossover, book it as soon as possible before the waiting list starts piling up.

The next import of the car can either be made from Thailand, where the production has been started already. But the world is aware of Japanese finesse in manufacturing, so to get one “Made in Japan”, Hurry up or it will result in long waiting periods.

The all-new Mazda CX-3 will be powered by a 2.0 L SKYACTIV-G petrol engine churning out a 146hp along with a maximum torque of 192 Nm. Further, this crossover is anchored to the ground over its 18-inch five twin-spoke wheels wrapped around in 215/50 R18 tyres in a gunmetal finish and silver painted exterior trim pieces.

Mazda has worked it's best to provide the best technologies in its car. The CX3 features an MZD Connect multimedia unit which is further linked to a 7-inch touchscreen display providing sat-nav and other vital information about the car. Its driver-centric cabin is further assisted by the heads-up display (HUD), paddle shifters and keyless entry and ignition. The car also possesses a huge sunroof making the cabin more airy and roomy. On the safety front, the car is loaded with six airbags (Front, Rear and Side curtain), Anti-lock brakes with EBD, brake assist and hill launch assist.
