Like its siblings, the Eletre allows for a degree of customization, although not all options available to the Eletre S and R are offered.

Despite the lower price, the Eletre maintains impressive performance specifications. It features a single-speed system delivering 603 hp and 710 Nm of torque, achieving 0-100 km/h in 4.5 seconds, a top speed of 258 km/h, and a maximum WLTP driving range of 600 km. In contrast, the top-tier Eletre R boasts a dual-speed system with 905 hp and 985 Nm of torque, achieving 0-100 km/h in 2.95 seconds and a top speed of 265 km/h, but with a shorter WLTP range of 490 km.

The Eletre is equipped with a 112 kWh battery and a 350 kW charger, enabling a rapid charging time from 10% to 80% in just 20 minutes. While the Eletre matches the driving dynamics and performance of the higher variants, it differs in trim and equipment levels. The base model features 20-inch 5-spoke aero alloy wheels and four-piston brake calipers, with an optional upgrade to 22-inch Grey Diamond Turned wheels and six-piston calipers for an additional RM30,000. An Optimization Pack is also available, including side cameras and an active rear spoiler to enhance range.

All Eletre variants come with a suite of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and high-quality in-car entertainment, including Intelligent Adaptive Cruise Control, driver monitoring, Rear Collision Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Front Cross Traffic Alert, Lane Keep Assist, Blind Spot Detection, Traffic Sign Information, Park Assist, Visual Park Assist, and Lotus Intelligent Dynamic Chassis Control. Five driving modes are standard: Range, Tour, Sport, Off-Road, and Individual, with the Eletre R adding a Track mode.

Standard in the Eletre is a 1,380-watt, 15-speaker KEF Premium sound system with Uni-Q™ and surround sound technology. New exterior colors Akoya White and Cinnabar Red have been introduced, along with existing options Kaimu Grey, Solar Yellow, Natron Red, Galloway Green, Stellar Black, and Blossom Grey.

The introduction of this new variant aims to attract buyers interested in transitioning to an all-electric hyper SUV at a more accessible price point. The Eletre offers potential owners the flexibility to customize their vehicles to a certain extent, balancing affordability with personal preference.

    Lotus Eletre

Prices for the Eletre are on-the-road, excluding insurance and road tax, and are valid for Peninsular Malaysia. All Eletre variants come with a five-year/150,000km manufacturer’s warranty and an eight-year/200,000km battery warranty.
