Lexus Malaysia opens a new centre in Kota Kinabalu; second in East Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR: It's a moment of rejoicing for Lexus fans in Sabah as the Japanese luxury marque has launched its first-ever showroom in Kota Kinabalu. The new facility is the second Lexus centre in East Malaysia that presents a fusion of sophistication, innovation, and outstanding customer service.

The key highlights of the new Lexus centre in Kota Kinabalu are -

• Operated by Borneo Mobility Sabah Sdn Bhd, the new Lexus showroom is located at Mile 5.5, Tuaran Road
• Lexus Kota Kinabalu brings a new experience for car enthusiasts in Sabah, offering exclusive services and a showroom closer to home

• The showroom features an elegant design that prioritises customer experience
• It has a sleek and minimalist exterior and an opulent and inviting interior, which incorporates traditional elements like batik-inspired flooring and intricately carved wooden fittings to honour Malaysia's artistic heritage
• The centre provides specialised aftercare services to customers, ensuring personalised attention from expert mechanics using purpose-built tools and parts

• Being a one-stop centre, it also offers LexusCare benefits such as roadside assistance, complimentary services, and exclusive event access, along with the standard 5-year, unlimited mileage warranty provided to customers

The opening of the new Lexus store in Sabah coincides with the launch of the first hybrid car in Malaysia that embodies the Lexus Global Electrification Vision, the RX F SPORT Hybrid. Sabah residents can expect to see the new Lexus model in 2024.
