Honda Prelude Concept
Globally unveiled at the Japan Mobility Show in October 2023, the Honda Prelude Concept now made its ASEAN debut at the Kuala Lumpur International Mobility Show 2024. It is a striking two-door coupe, which brings back an iconic name with a fresh, modern twist.
True to its name, the Prelude Concept previews the brand’s vision for the future of sports cars, blending its rich heritage with innovation. It features a bold design with a low, sporty stance and sharp, futuristic lines. The interior focuses on the driver with modern tech and high-quality materials. The vehicle is powered by a petrol-electric hybrid drivetrain.

Honda e:N1 EV
Another model that takes centre stage at the Honda booth is the e:N1. Set to launch in Malaysia next year, the Honda e:N1 is an electric SUV, based on the automaker’s newly-developed e:N Architecture F platform.
The Honda e:N1 features a high-rigidity body structure, under-floor aerodynamics, and a low centre of gravity. The Thai-spec model comes powered by a front-mounted electric motor tuned to deliver 204 hp of maximum power and 310 Nm of torque. Feeding the motor is a 68.8-kWh battery pack, which offers a driving range of up to 412 km on a single charge.
Hero Motocompacto
Honda Malaysia also introduced the Motocompacto at the show. It is a compact, foldable electric scooter designed for personal mobility. It is easy to carry and store and offers a practical and eco-friendly solution for city commutes.
Honda eVTOL (electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing)
This is a type of aircraft that uses electric power to take off, hover, and land vertically. It can significantly reduce travel time and allow people to travel to destinations beyond the reach of cars, says Honda.
Honda Malaysia also showcases the Civic Type R and e:HEV models at the country’s largest auto show.
Honda Malaysia invites enthusiasts to visit its booth located in Hall 5-8 December on Level 2 at KLIMS 2024, held at Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC).
