Kia Malaysia opens a new 3S Centre open in Selangor

KUALA LUMPUR: It was just yesterday when we told you about Nissan Malaysia adding a new 3S centre in its local network, and now we heard about an all-new flagship Kia 3S Centre. It seems that the brand is spreading its wings in the local market as the Kia Carnival CKD has started rolling out at the Inokom plant in Kedah.

Owned by the brand’s new caretaker in the country, Dinamikjaya Motors (part of the Bermaz Group), this new Kia showroom is located in the Temasya Industrial Park at Glenmarie, Shah Alam, Selangor. 

The new Kia Glenmarie is the distributor's first 3S centre facility. With a built-up area of 39,240 sq ft, it comprises a big showroom area, a service centre as well as a spare parts centre. The outlet can display up to 4 vehicles at any time.

At the service centre, the company has appointed trained and skilled technicians with state-of-the-art diagnostic tools. It features 20 operational service bays. There is also a comfortable waiting lounge for the customers waiting for their cars to be serviced; who can enjoy refreshments and complimentary wifi.

Upon visiting the store, you can experience the latest visual corporate identity (introduced last year) and a Kia Store concept within. The new identity shifts the customers’ mindset and provides them with a meaningful experience, says Kia. While adopting the new concept -

• The spaces are separated by a red loop that connects the display area and customer area
• The shiny surfaces and reflections teamed up with the achromatic colour scheme give the display area a futuristic tone and ensure that it receives customers’ undivided attention
• The wood trimmings of the showroom radiates an earthy cosiness with a minimalistic and natural sensibility
• Overall, this decked-up space starts a whole new customer experience in the journey of buying a car

The operational hours of the Kia’s new 3S Centre are: 

Sales showroom	Mon - Friday  -  8:30 am to 7 pm   Saturday - 9 am to 5 pm Sunday or Public Holiday - 10 am to 5 pm
		Service Centre	Mon - Friday  -  8 am to 5 pm Saturday - 8 am to 12 pm  Sunday and public holidays - Closed
