Isuzu Insurance Pro launched in Malaysia; promises fast claims, towing services, and other benefits

KUALA LUMPUR: Isuzu has rolled out a new insurance programme in Malaysia, called the Isuzu Insurance Pro. This comprehensive plan is designed to simplify vehicle insurance and offer Isuzu owners robust protection. It addresses common insurance concerns by providing extensive coverage and a range of valuable benefits.

The new Isuzu Insurance Pro is available for all Isuzu vehicles, including new purchases and renewals. It is underwritten by a panel of five major insurance and takaful companies. The plan covers all D-Max models and the complete range of light-, medium- and heavy-duty trucks such as ELF, FORWARD, and GIGA including prime movers. 

Along with comprehensive coverage, the new policy offers numerous ‘best-in-class’ benefits to make the Isuzu ownership experience more pleasurable. The key benefits include -

• Fast claims Processing: Quick approval for claims up to RM 20,000.
• Towing services: Unlimited free 300 km round-trip towing for D-Max models and three times free 100 km round-trip tows for ELF models.
• Comprehensive coverage: Includes free coverage for all drivers, flood relief, key-loss protection, and motor personal accident coverage of up to RM 10,000 for policyholders and authorised drivers.
• Other benefits: 24/7 roadside assistance, 10 years of betterment and excess exemption, and an agreed value of up to 10 years for D-Max and the first year for Isuzu trucks.

Isuzu confirmed that all insurance claims under the Isuzu Insurance Pro plan will be processed only with authentic Isuzu parts, provided the vehicles are brought to authorised Isuzu service centres for repair.
