Honda opens six new BP Centres in Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR: To enhance the after-sales service for buyers in Malaysia, one of the leading car manufacturers, Honda Malaysia has inaugurated six innovative Body & Paint (BP) Centres this year, which now brings the total number of BP Centres to 28.

The carmaker has been actively operating on improving the buyer’s experience at every Honda authorised dealerships, along with its motto to present the ‘Joy of Buying’ to its buyers. Honda Malaysia has witnessed a consistent rise in the sales for the past five years, so now the brand has decided to enhance its after-sales services intakes.

CEO and managing director of Honda Malaysia, Toichi Ishiyama stated “Honda Malaysia is striving to provide more after-sales convenience to our customers by extending the BP Centre footprint. To date, we have 28 BP Centres in operation. We believe the expansion of BP Centres will help Honda Malaysia meet the increasing demand as well as offer high-quality aftersales service and benefits to our customers, such as skilled technicians and conducive environment.”

The Honda BP Centres offer support to the buyers in accident vehicle repairs, vehicle inspection, quality inspection after maintenance, painting and other services. It also provides assistance in preparing all the essential documents required for insurance claims, which provides peace of mind to the buyers.

“To top it off, Honda Malaysia provides quality products in our BP Centres. This includes waterborne paint, the revolutionary green product as well as genuine Honda parts that are certified by Honda Motor Corporation. We are also working closely with our dealers to deliver top-notch customer experience from sales to aftersales,” said Ishiyama.

The specialised technicians that are employed in the BP centres have gone through professional training, which is planned with an emphasis on offering excellent service to buyers. It also makes sure that all maintenance and repairs are executed according to the guidelines.
