Ford Malaysia is offering great service discounts
KUALA LUMPUR: In conjunction with the upcoming festive period, Sime Darby Auto ConneXion (SDAC), the only official distributor of Ford vehicles in the country, has announced great service promotion.
The Ford service promotion begins from April 1 and will last until May 31, 2021 and includes -
- Up to 20% savings and other rewards
- Genuine Ford parts with warranty
- e-Service appointment booking

Through this service promotion, we hope to offer customers savings during this festive period to keep them and their vehicles safe and at optimum condition as they go about their daily lives.”
Let’s now get to know the Ford service promotion in detail, starting with the 20% savings -
All the Ford customers who’ll book a service during the promo period (1 April to 31 May) will benefit from up to 20 percent savings on engine oil and selected parts. An additional 20 percent discount is offered on the brake and timing belt package, 20 percent on lubrication, and 10 percent labour discount.
Wait, there is more? Ford is also offering free 27-point vehicle inspection carried by company-certified technicians. It will ensure the customers that their car is in the best condition.
Furthermore, cash-paying customers spending more than RM 350 (single receipt) will get an exclusive travel mug. All customers will get free packets from Ford till the stock lasts, so hurry up.
Genuine parts with warranty
All the 39 Ford authorised service centres in the country use only Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts while servicing. Thus, assuring the highest quality standards, best fit and finish, leading to superior performance.
The Ford genuine parts come with 12 months/20,000 warranty, excluding wear and tear of parts.
e-Service appointment
Adding to the customers’ convenience, Ford has started an online service booking facility. For all the seven Ford Service Centers nationwide, customers will be able to book e-Service Appointment in real-time.
The customers will be able to check the availability of the time slots, choose preferred dealerships, and even confirm the preferred schedule. The service appointments can be booked up to one month in advance.
Apart from the online mode, customers can also book the appointment by directly calling Ford Service Centre or Customer Care Hotline at 1300 38 3181.
