Ford Introduces ‘Service Relief Promotion’, offers savings of up to 20%
KUALA LUMPUR: The sole distributor of Ford cars in Malaysia, SDAC, has recently announced a service promotional package for its customers which offers savings as well as peace of mind during these challenging times. Called as ‘Service Relief Promotion,’ the offer provides savings of up to 20 percent for Ford vehicle service and parts for a limited period, starting from June 10, 2020.
“We always aim to deliver value-added benefits and services to our customers. People still need to go about their day-to-day activities in this time of uncertainties, and we hope these savings will help lighten their load,” said Syed Ahmad Muzri Syed Faiz, Managing Director, Sime Darby Auto ConneXion.
For this, customers can book a vehicle service appointment at any Ford authorised service centre. The Ford owners can also opt for a 27-point vehicle inspection, which is completely free. It is conducted by Ford-certified technicians to ensure that vehicles are in perfect condition.
In terms of parts, customers can enjoy up to 20 percent savings on selected ones. For this, SDAC only offers OEM parts providing greater assurance of quality and confidence. Besides this, the company is also giving a 20% discount on brake and timing belt packages, up to 20% discount on lubricant package, as well as a 10% labour discount on these packages.
Jeffrey Gan, Managing Director for Retail and Distribution, Malaysia, Sime Darby Motors, said, “We welcome customers who wish to come in person to any of the Ford showrooms located nationwide, including Ford’s latest flagship showroom at Sime Darby Motors City, Ara Damansara. Ford’s latest flagship is the largest in Malaysia and is built on the 10.1 acres automotive complex of Sime Darby Motors City, which comprises the latest Ford Signature brand retail design.”
He further stated that all the necessary precautions have taken to ensure the health and safety of visitors and staff, including practicing social distancing and temperature checks upon entering the premises, placing hand sanitiser dispensers in the showrooms.
