Discover full potential of your Ford Ranger with the Ford Ranger Getaways

KUALA LUMPUR: The Ford Ranger and Ranger Raptor are the most popular trucks in the market, but not all owners know about their capabilities. Here’s an opportunity for the owners of these trucks to enhance their 4×4 driving skills and unlock the real potential of these trucks. 

The first training session is scheduled for August 26, 2023, in Semenyih, Selangor, at the M4TREC Beginner 4WD Course. The next session will be held at the Sar4Trac Beginner 4WD Course in Bau, Sarawak, on September 16, 2023.

Both these sessions will help owners new to the 4x4 driving experience enhance their off-roading skills in their Rangers. The beginner-level 4WD courses equip participants with the fundamental details required to navigate off-road terrains.

These sessions are part of Ford Ranger Getaways – the only and first-of-its-kind in-segment adventure-based e-commerce platform. The Sar4Trac and M4TREC centres are purpose-built facilities that aim to offer a controlled and secure environment for experiencing and learning basic off-road driving techniques.

Attendees will be guided by HRDF-certified professional instructors who will be conducting the course. The M4TREC course features various obstacles, including a Dirt Track, Frame Twister, Roller Ramp, Slide Slope/ Ridge Crossing, Mud and ruts, Ditch, Hill Descend, Rutted Track, Mud Dash and Hill Ascend. Meanwhile, the participants at Sar4Trac will learn to overcome challenges within the Ngirobuh banana plantation. The Sar4Trac course will have obstacles like Dirt Track, Mud and gravel, Frame Twister, Ditch, Hill Ascent, Rutted Track, Water Wading, and Hill Descent.

After completing these courses, each participant will get a Certificate of Completion.
