Check out Ford's 'Service Reward' promotion details

KUALA LUMPUR: The official distributor of Ford Malaysia, Sime Darby Auto ConneXion (SDAC) has announced its latest promotion - 'Service Reward'. The said offer included the sale of 1000 Service Reward vouchers for over a period of two days - 1st & 2nd Sept 2020.

Syed Ahmad Muzri Syed Faiz, Managing Director, Sime Darby Auto ConneXion, said, “We are always looking for ways to support our customers and reward them for their loyalty. In these uncertain times, as people resume their day-to-day activities, we hope these savings will help lighten their load while keeping them safe on the roads."

The Ford 'Service Reward' promotion will offer customers up to 30 percent discount on after-warranty service and that too at just RM 5. Great, isn't it? The said service voucher is accessible at all authorized Ford service centers till the stock lasts. So, hurry up.

The service reward voucher is applicable for over a period of 18-month from the date of purchase. It will include three vehicle service intervals, each with discounts better than before.

On the first vehicle service, customers will save 10 percent on engine oil, and it'll go on to 20 and 30 percent in second and third service intervals.

Further, customers will benefit from a 10 percent discount on the wiper blades, oil filter, fuel filter, and air filter, along with 10 percent off on labor is shared across all three service intervals.

Customers with Service Reward vouchers are also eligible for free 27-point vehicle inspection. It is conducted by Ford-certified technicians and ensures that the vehicle is in top-notch condition.

How to book a service appointment?

Online method: Customers need to visit www.sdacford.com.my and click on the 'Book a Service' tab. On the dedicated page, select the vehicle model, state, and preferred service centre. Next, customers will be required to fill their details like name, contact details, and vehicle registration number. And that's all; an appointment confirmation mail will then be sent on the mail.

Ford’s real-time e-service Appointment booking is currently on offer at the automaker's seven authorised service centers in Sarawak, Peninsular Malaysia, and Sabah - Ford Tawau, Ford Ara Damansara, Ford Butterworth, Ford Juru, Ford Petaling Jaya 2, Ford Kuching, and Ford Kinabalu.

Besides the online booking medium, appointments can be scheduled over the phone. Customers need to call the authorised Ford Service Centre and do the needful.

The service appointments can be scheduled one month in advance by the customers.

Note, the service voucher can be redeemed at any Ford Authorised Service Centre and the customer needs to present it at each service appointment.
