Audi Recognition Plan launched in Malaysia for parallel import vehicles

KUALA LUMPUR: PHS Automotive Malaysia (PHSAM), the official distributor of Audi cars in Malaysia, has rolled out a new programme for Audi vehicles purchased through parallel import. Dubbed as Audi Recognition Plan, the plan offers various types of benefits to car owners to enhance their ownership journey.

To enjoy the benefits of the new Audi Recognition Plan, customers must first have their parallel-import Audi vehicles evaluated through a free 300-point Audi Condition Check (ACC) at any authorised Audi Centre. Upon evaluation, customers will then be enrolled in the Audi Recognition Plan, which offers the below-mentioned packages:

Audi Plus

This package offers cost savings on service, repair, parts, and maintenance for vehicles 5 years and older. Those who sign up for this plan will get three vouchers (valid for three years) offering a 10% rebate on service maintenance and a complimentary 12 months of Audi Roadside Assistance from the date of voucher redemption.

Audi Insurance Plan

Audi Insurance Plan provides benefits like prioritised claim approval and 12 months of complimentary Audi Roadside Assistance (for vehicles above 5 years). It also ensures customers that all the repairing work will be done by qualified technicians at authorised Audi body and paint centres according to global Audi repair standards and only genuine parts will be used. The list of partner insurers includes - 

• Allianz General Insurance Berhad
• MSIG Insurance (M) Berhad
• Etiqa General Takaful Berhad
• Zurich General Takaful Malaysia Berhad

Audi Repair Package

By signing up for this package, customers will get 30% off on various items including such as the brake set, absorbers set, bearing set, and timing belt, applicable to vehicles that are 6 years and older.

Beyond Economic Repair Support 

This package offers a 20% rebate on selected parts on vehicles that have experienced significant damage due to unfortunate incidents. 

To further enhance customers’ car ownership experience, Audi will be soon introducing a mobile app offering several features like finding the nearest EV charging station, scheduling a service appointment, and the latest brand updates.
