Audi Plus loyalty programme has lots to offer to existing owners

KUALA LUMPUR: Time for some happy news for Audi owners with 5-year and older cars as PHS Automotive Malaysia (PHSAM) has announced a new loyalty programme called Audi Plus.

An extension of the PHSAM’s ongoing customer care efforts Erik Winter, Managing Director of PHSAM explained the Audi Plus loyalty programme as an effort wherein owners with older models “can expect comprehensive and seamless service at our Service Centres through this programme, as our technicians have undergone extensive training, assessment, and certification by Audi. In addition to the right expertise, they are also best equipped with precise tools and machinery to inspect and maintain the vehicles according to manufacturer guidelines.”

Audi Plus loyalty programme details -

• It offers owners three 10% service vouchers, applicable for three years after the fifth year of service
• Provides complimentary roadside assistance for up to 12 months from the date of voucher redemption
• The programme is for Audi vehicles that are five years and older, including parallel and direct import cars. However, parallel imports must undergo Audi Condition Check
• Genuine Audi parts are offered and characterised by high-quality design and materials
• A 30% discount on select parts including timing belt, bearing set, brake set, and absorbers set
