All-new 2021 Alfa Romeo Stelvio Veloce Ti arrives in Europe
KUALA LUMPUR: Joining the Alfa Romeo lineup in Europe is the 2021 Stelvio Veloce Ti compact SUV. The 'Ti' badge refers to Turismo Internationale (meaning international touring) and it means that the vehicle is blessed with performance flavour of the Stelvio Quadrifoglio.
The 2021 Veloce Ti features a new exterior design, differentiating it with the other Stelvio models. At the front, it gets Quadrifoglio-like lower air intake and standard gloss black trim. The rear features a new bumper with aggressive diffuser insert and black lip spoiler. Also, the compact SUV stands on 21-inch alloy wheels and gets carbon-fibre-like mirror caps and tinted windows.
On the inside, the Veloce Ti comes with sport seats wrapped in leather/Alcantara complemented with red stitching, black headlining, brand logo embossed on the headrest. Furthermore, it comes with aluminium paddle shifters.
Alfa Romeo is offering the 2021 Veloce Ti in two engine options - a 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol unit making a maximum power of 276 hp along with a peak torque of 400 Nm and a 207hp/470 Nm 2.2-litre four-cylinder turbocharged diesel mill. What's common here is the 8-speed automatic gearbox that sends power to all-four-wheels and Alfa Q4 all-wheel-drive system.
The all-new 2021 Alfo Romeo Stelvio Ti is available to order in Europe and is due to arrive in the showrooms in Q1 of 2021.
On a similar note, the automaker in January 2021 will announce upgrades for the Giulia and Stelvio lineup. Included in the list of revisions is Euro 6d-final compliant powerplants, a full suite of Alfa Connect Services, and new 21-inch alloy wheels.
