The EV comes equipped with an electronically controlled air suspension system mated to advanced onboard sensors. Handling the braking duties are lightweight carbon ceramic brakes reducing weight and braking distance while doubling the lifespan of components.

The Lotus Emeya measures 5139 mm in length, 2005 mm in width, and 1464 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3069 mm. The boot can accommodate up to 509 litres of storage.

Lotus Emeya drivetrain, range, and charging

The Emeya and Emeya S variants are powered by two electric motors producing a maximum power of 612 PS and a peak torque of 710 Nm. The system accelerates from 0-100 kmph in 4.15 seconds and hits a top speed of 250 kmph.

The Lotus Emeya R packs a dual-motor setup tuned to deliver 918 PS and 985 Nm of torque. This enables the electric car to accelerate from 0-100 kmph in under 2.8 seconds, making it one of the quickest electric cars in the world.

All the variants of the EV come equipped with a 102kWh battery pack that offers a WLTP-claimed range of up to 610 km. When it comes to charging, the battery can juice up from 10-80% within 18 minutes when using a 350kW DC fast-charger.

The car offers five driving modes: Range, Tour, Sport, Individual, and Track. Drivers can adjust ride height, suspension stiffness, acceleration response, seat configuration, and more for efficiency, performance, and comfort in any situation.

    Lotus Emeya exterior

The Lotus Emeya boasts a sleek exterior design with a distinctive shark-nose front end and split 32 Matrix LED headlights. Its coupe-like silhouette and integrated door handles add to its stylish appearance. At the rear, an ultra-thin, colour-changing light enhances its modern look. These features also reduce drag when not deployed. With 150 kg of downforce at 250 kmph and a drag coefficient of 0.21 Cd, drivers can customise their experience with Sport mode for increased agility on mountain roads.
