2022 Honda HR-V: Here's how you can accessorise Honda's latest SUV

Honda Malaysia won many hearts with the launch of the all-new 2022 HR-V. The SUV has been grabbing high booking numbers since the opening up of its ordering books and it is expected to continue to do so for a long time. Thus giving tough competition to its other B-segment SUV counterparts like the Proton X50, Toyota Corolla Cross, Hyundai Kona, and Mazda CX-3.

Why is the 3rd gen Honda HR-V so much in demand? The new HR-V has done many right things at several levels. For instance, it is offered in four variant options ranging from RM 114,800 to RM 140,800, thus giving a wide variety to choose from. Also, the presence of hybrid models in the line-up ticks the box of the car to bring the future ready. In case you have missed it, the new HR-V is loaded with comforting and safety features. The SUV's standard kit doesn’t fail to impress either. Not to forget the three available engine options (depending on the variant) offer impressive performance.

However, if a customer is still not satisfied, Honda offers additional packages and accessories that’ll not only enhance the car’s look and feel from the outside but also add to the interior comfort. Now, the customer can either opt for the compiled packages or choose the optional accessories by choice.

2022 Honda HR-V Packages

Honda is offering the new HR-V with five optional packages namely, Modulo, Urban, Smart Utility, and Smart. Each of these packages offers a unique combination of accessories and is priced accordingly.

Modulo Package

This package is priced at RM 3,780 and is applicable to the HR-V 1.5 S variant only. It includes a front under spoiler, rear under spoiler, and side lower garnish.

Urban Package

Expect for the range-topping e:HEV RS variant, this package for all HR-V variants. Priced at RM 2,381, it includes both exterior and interior accessories like a door visor, foot light, sports pedal, and illuminated side step.

Smart Urban Package

Available for all four Honda HR-V variants, the smart urban package includes a door visor, rear panel lining cover, wireless charger, foot light, and illuminated side step. It would cost the customer RM 3,488.

Urban Package

Priced at RM 1,106, it is the cheapest available package Honda is offering. It comprises a body cover, cargo tray, trunk organizer, door handle protector, and reflective film.

Protection Package

As the name explains, the RM 3,007 worth protection package includes all items that’ll protect the HR-V from wear and tear. For instance, an ultra glass body coating, ultra window coating, and wheel lock nut.

The brand-new HR-V comes with several accessories both for the exterior and interior along with some items taking care of the SUV’s protection.
