Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia introduced the all-new Triton back in 2018 and ever since the pickup truck has proved itself time and again. All this was made possible due to its impressive traits including handsome looks, several first-ever segment features, and much more.

Over a few months, a lot has happened in and around Triton pick-up including the 2024 model getting a 5-star ASEAN NCAP (New Car Assessment Program for Southeast Asian Countries) rating. The car was tested under the program's 2021-2025 assessment protocol with a total score of 74.71 points. The vehicle has been described as a ‘remarkable performance’ by ASEAN.

Also, since the beginning of the new year, Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia teased the arrival of a special edition of Triton which was launched only yesterday, i.e., 22 Jan 2024. The automaker recently introduced the upgraded version of the Mitsubishi Triton AT Premium. The new inclusion features several aesthetic improvements and is priced at RM 135,900 (with a five-year, unlimited-mileage warrant). Also, it will be offered in limited units.

Blind Spot Warning with Lane Change Assist

The detects vehicles approaching from behind or from behind, and not only alerts the driver with an audible alarm but also displays a flashing warning on the door mirror to assist the driver in changing lanes safely.
